Brooke is an Account Manager at Southeastern Insurance Services. Brooke graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts and Business Administration. She began her insurance career with GEICO, where she spent four years as a Personal Auto Service Supervisor, developing a strong foundation in customer service, policy management, and team leadership. In 2024, Brooke transitioned to the independent agency side of the insurance industry, where she discovered her passion for commercial insurance. She enjoys building relationships with business owners and helping them protect what they have worked hard to build by providing knowledgeable guidance. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their son, William. When she is not spending time with her family, Brooke enjoys reading, crafting and whipping up sweet treats in the kitchen.
